Andrew has nearly 40 years’ experience and extensive legal knowledge. In addition to having worked in two of New York City’s top corporate law firms, Andrew has spent a substantial part of his career in the bond ratings business, evaluating real estate, municipal debt, insurers and global financial institutions.
